Why Does Supplication Remove Harm?

"If Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but him. If He touches you with good , He has power over all things"(al-An'am 6:17)

Whoever frequently asks for forgiveness , Allah would appoint for him

relief from every worry, a way out from every

difficulty and provision coming from unimagined

sources.

the authority of ibn Abbas

And [mention] the man of the fish, when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [anything] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses, "There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."
