Dear Parents/Guardians,
In order to enrich students’ learning experiences, widen students’ learning space and motivate students’
interest in learning, Our school is going to arrange “P.3 School Outing Activity - A Visit to Mei Ho House”. All
students must attend this school outing as it is an experiential learning lesson. A student needs to submit an
application for a leave if he / she cannot attend the above event. The expense will be debited from your PPS
account. Parents do not need to pay by cash or cheque.
Details are as follows. Please return the reply slip to Ms Lee Yuet Ping via the class teacher on or before
25th April, 2018 (Wednesday).

Payment Method : The required fee will be debited from your PPS account.
Remarks : 1. It is a normal school day, students come to school as usual (on or before 8:00 a.m.).
2. Students need to bring the textbooks for the sixth and the seventh lessons.
3. Students need to bring enough water, some light snacks, handkerchiefs or tissues and rain
gears.
4. Students need to obey the rules of the museum, listen to the teachers and cooperate with
the staff.
5. A book named “Hong Kong Spirit in Mei Ho House: We grew up in Shek Kip Mei” will
be distributed to the students.
6. Students who are in receipt of the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) or
FULL GRANT under the Student Financial Assistance Scheme (SFAS) or those
financially needy students may apply for the financial support of the Hong Kong Jockey
Club Life-wide Learning Fund (full fee exemption).
