Case:Kampung Laut subdistrict was poorest districts in Cilacap Regency. This is because the area was the area remote, most of the area covered by water and mangrove forest. People of the village are traditional fisherman.
Solution:•Built Road and Bridge from Cisumur – Bugel – Ciberem ; from Bugel – Panikel - Karanganyar (Ujung Gagak)
•Built irigation along the edge of roads •Built water dam and ditch so that some land becomes dry.
Results:Access out now wide open . There are electricity and telephone facilities , information is available, the economic is increasing, there are markets and shops, most of the area are lands now so that the farms land are wider.
