Intro

Thank you for getting version 2 of the famous Youtube Ranking Software, this version added

amazing features that are going to help you get rankings faster and in a more efficient way.

The Strategy We are going to make this very easy for you.

Each TAB is one extra step/level to reach your rankings, sometimes it is enough to use the right title,

description, keywords and PING; other times you need to use all the Tabs specially on competitive

keywords.

Level 1 = Summary Tab + Ping

Level 2 = Level 1 + Backlinks Tab + Ratings Tab

Level 3 = Level 2 + Social Tab

Level 4 = Level 3 + Extras Tab

Feel free to create your own variations.

The ToDo SEO Tab will help you keep track of want you need or do not need to do to rank your

videos, please note that some options will be selected automatically based on your actions with the

software.

Let’s start!



The Software The files

Please UNZIP the file you just downloaded! UNZIPPING your files is a must, inside you will find the

software, videos and extras.

Your Licence:

Please find your licence in the LICENCE HERE folder, you will find a PDF document with your licence:

Opening Your Software

NOTE: Please be sure you have the latest .NET from Microsoft, if you are using Windows XP use .NET

4.0, here is the link <

Inside the UNZIPPED files you will find a folder called YouTube Ranking Software v2.0, please open

that folder and double click on the following file to open the software:

You will be prompted for your licence please add it and click on ENTER!

It will take a few seconds to open, once opened you will be welcomed with the first software screen:

Creating a new Project:

To create a new project click on ADD

Then add your Project's name, usually your main keyword. Click on CREATE, that will create a new

project and display the summary tab.



SUMMARY TAB Here you will find some information about your new project. You need to fill in some of the fields in

order to start using the software.

Start Date, change or keep the actual date of your project.

End Date, up to you, maybe you have a deadline.

Keyword, your main keyword was added using the project’s name, you can edit it or changed if you

wish to.

Title, The title of your video, it’s up to you if you want to change it to match the title of the video you

uploaded on youtube.

Description, the description of your video, you can add your own description or you can generate a

standard description, this description will include your main keyword several times.



To GENERATE a description just click on the GENERATE button, that will generate a description. Of

course each niche is different and maybe you want to change that description. You can EDIT the

default description by opening a file called ‘DescriptionTemplate.txt’.

To display your KEYWORD you must keep and use the following TOKEN:

[KEYWORD]

That will display your keyword on any text you



Tags/Keywords

You can add your own Tags/Keywords or you can generate the best tags for your video. The software

will find the top 3 videos for your keyword and it will grab the best Tags/Keywords. It is up to you if

you want to use them. Note: Youtube limits your tags to 120 characters.

Rankings

If you want to check if your video is on the first page of Google for your keyword, click on CHECK. We

recommend checking your rankings a few hours/days after adding backlinks/views.



Progress Bar

Every action on the software will increase the progress bar, there is no need to reach 100% if you are

already ranking on the first page but if you decide to use all the Tabs, the progress bar will reach

100%.



PING TAB When you ping your videos you are letting the search engines know about new content, if you want

to rank or re-rank your video fast, you just need to let them know that you added a new video or you

made changes on the description of your video by PINGING your video.



BACKLINKS TAB Video Backlinks

Video Backlinks are video responses within Youtube, those responses become internal links, and

they will help you getting more trust and rankings faster. Click on the Backlinks Tab / Video

Backlinks/ Start.

Results after pressing start:



After DOUBLE clicking on any of the results they will turn purple.

Once on Youtube, scroll down and look for ’This video is a response to’ link:



Click on that link and leave a video response on that video (MAIN VIDEO)

Repeat that process for each of the link. After getting your video responses approved you will see an

instant increase in rankings and views.

NOTE: Use your main video as a video response, if you don’t get too many approvals, make a new

video but add links to your main video in the description.



High Page Rank Backlinks

This Tab is optional, but you might require quality backlinks to rank your videos if you are after

competitive keywords. Click on the One Hour Backlinks link or find on Fiverr from 1000’s of

backlinks providers, Wiki, Edo or Gov backlinks.

Social Bookmarking Backlinks

We discovered after version 1 of our software

That it is better to get high page rank social bookmarking backlinks than 1000000 social backlinks

from low quality sites. If you are getting social bookmarking backlinks you can use the 5 services we

recommend. If you need more social bookmarkings, you can always find social bookmarking

backlinks on Fiverr.com. It is up to you, do your own tests if you want, you will see the results.



SOCIAL TAB Facebook Backlinks

Facebook backlinks from comments on related websites are very powerful but you need to do it

right in order to get the best from them. Please create fan page using your keyword before using this

strategy.

After pressing Start and double clicking on any of the results, it will change colours to help you

identify the links you already clicked or left comments on.

Once on a page, look for the Facebook Comments:



We recommend that you create a Facebook Fan Page using your main keyword in order to get

backlinks to your video.

PLEASE WATCH THE TRAINING VIDEOS TO LEARN HOW TO CREATE A FACEBOOK FAN PAGE.

Change the posting as to your Facebook Fan Page:

And then add a related comment, please do not add link on the comment. Google will find your

comment and follow the link to your fan page and video url on your fan page.

Google Plus Backlinks

Google Plus backlinks are something not to many people know how to use properly a few of them

can skyrocket your video super-fast. Please follow the instructions below to do it right.

Double click on the results to be taken to the respective google plus page and leave a comment.



It will change colour after Double Clicking …



Once on the google plus page, leave a comment using your video’s url. Google plus will use the TITLE

of your video to fill in the comment…

Follow the same process for each link.



Re-Tweets

Using re-tweets is a very powerful way to get better ranking on Google, just create a Twitter account

for your project, create a tweet, grab the URL of your tweet and use some of the services listed on

the software to get your re-tweets done!

Get the right URL from the ‘View Media’ Link. Use that url when you ask for re-tweets.

Or expand it an use the DETAILS link (use RIGHT CLICK mouse / Copy Link Location)



RATINGS TAB You need to get views as soon as possible! The software will help you to keep track of the numbers

of views you are getting, those links are the services we use. In most services you just need your

main keyword and the URL of your video.



EXTRAS TAB This Tab is optional, but it will help you to get extra push to your rankings.

Playlist: Just create a playlist with your videos and related videos, playlist are ranking high at the

moment and it will give some extra push to your rankings.

Linkwheels: Are called wheels because their structure are similar to a wheel, but what we need to

have clear is that each video is connected, if we have:

Video A as our main video and we have 5 other videos B,C,D,E,F, this is how the link will look like:

You must link each video by adding each video link on the description.

Embeds, Youtube counts the number of embed, what you can do is, you can create a few blogger,

wordpress and tumbler accounts and embed your video. But if your term is too competitive, do a

search on Fiverr.com for: Youtube Embed



TO DO SEO TAB On-Site SEO Tab, here you can keep track of your progress in regards ON SITE SEO, that means with

actions or task you can take inside youtube.

The default colour is red, but if when you finish you project it will turn green.

Off-Site SEO Tab, here you can keep track of your off line SEO activities. Please mind that some of

those options will be selected automatically. The software is interconnected with each tab.



Export URLS,

Some tabs allow you to export individually each link (Social Tab, Video Backlinks)… but if you want to

get better and faster rankings you can always export ALL the links from all the tabs and add them to

services like Linklicious or BacklinksIndexer.
