The Youth Speak Forum connect different generations of
leaders in order to discuss and access the youth profile of
today, providing a bigger knowledge about career paths for
those who are heading the corporate market.
We are focused on understanding the hopes and challenges
surrounding the journey from higher education to employment
for young people.

Top business and thought leaders from around the world are
invited to share their knowledge with the delegates about the
chosen forum theme. This section of the day is delivered through
short and powerful talks and aims to inspire and help to form the
youth opinions for the rest of the day.
Our partner organizations engage with the youth delegates to give
new perspectives on issues Relating to the theme forum through
workshops, conversations and idea generation spaces. Youth and
business are able to interact, exchange opinions and understand
what is being done in the world already to address the question of
the day.
The youth take their learning and insights from the day into a
space where they are able to co-create ideas and solutions
with their peers and experts in the room. The aim is to
switch their ideas into actions that each stakeholder can take
forward to contribute to the theme of the day, resulting in
commitments and projects that organizations and stakeholders
can support.

As team leader, it is fundamental to understand how to deal with different personalities to create better team dynamics and value everyone's contribution. For this reason, we will see which are the best ways to approach members with different backgrounds and way of working.
Workshop II – Building on strenghts in the team (only forTeam members)
Every person has a different personality, which shapes our way of working and being. We will see which is yours, and you will understand how to deal with the other members of the team understanding each other strenghts and your weaknesses..

Focus on how to manage those situation and mainly how to use it for development of otherswe will talk about "managerial hangover", how to get rid of it and what are the difficulties that newcomers in leadership role meet.

Keep in mind, that even though we strive to allocate you to the session of yourpreference, in the final allocation the following will be considered, hence changes canhappen:
• Diversity of nationalities on workshops
• Limited number of places for some workshops and approax. equal distribution
Other aspects will not taken into consideration and the final allocation is not negotiable. Please, in order to have a smooth YSF attend the workshop you are allocated to, as theplaces are strictly counted to avoid logistical problems on sight.
