1 Business Case and Vision

Every medium and large organization, business, corporation, government, military around the world has a

need to train and evaluate the knowledge of their employees, potential future employees, associates,

clients, etc.

This is a time consuming and tedious process that requires significant resources so naturally, it is gradually

being transferred to the computer-based system.

A large number of these organizations and especially financial institutions, governments and militaries

where data privacy and security is mandated by law and policies cannot use cloud services offered on the

Internet. They have to have a software installed and controlled within their data centers.

YouTestMe Solutions are software systems that can be purchased, customized and integrated into

customers' data centers.

YouTestMe represents a web-based software line of products specialized for knowledge evaluation and

computer based learning. There are three distinct products based on YouTestMe platform:

1. YouTestMe GetCertified

Software for training, knowledge evaluation and certification

2. YouTestMe Classroom2020

Learning Management System (LMS) and knowledge evaluation software for the North American

education system

3. YouTestMe Mobile Take Quiz

Mobile application for taking quizzes created in GetCertified or Classroom 2020

5 Income Potential

Income from the project is calculated by the formula:

SOFTWARE SELLING PRICE Software selling price may range from 14,900$ for a single copy of the software without customization to hundred thousands of dollars, even millions if large organizations or governments choose YouTestMe software to conduct their business or provide service (i.e., driving exam, certifications for certain occupations, etc.)

SOFTWARE CUSTOMIZATION This is the amount charged for customizing software for specific requirements (e.g. clients requirements) and integration with other systems.

CLIENTS TRAINING Amount charged for training provided to customers.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEE After the first year, the price for the Premium Support is 12% of the cost of the application and 9% for Standard Support.

X-SELLING Services by YouTestMe - Hosting service, custom development and consulting, content creation, data digitalization, etc.

THIRD PARTY LICENSES Third Party (Oracle) Licenses. This amount is negotiable with Oracle. As an Oracle partner, we are enjoying 60-95% discount for all their products as well as "value-based" license where cost is calculated based on the value (i.e. the percentage of the total cost). Typically, the cost for third party license would go between 5-20% of the project cost.

SALES COMMISSION Optional and negotiable depending on who realized the sales and agreement with that person/organization.

COST OF SOFTWARE DELIVERY

Cost of developers and instructors. It is typically 30-40% of what we charge our customers.

BUSINESS OPERATING COSTS Office space, marketing expenses, administrative personnel.

6 How are YouTestMe Solutions different from similar systems?

6.1 Deployment option

Deployment option is a solution where customer installs and controls YouTestMe software in their data

center. This is the best option for companies and institutions where control, data privacy, and security are

of the highest concern.

6.2 Customization

Custom solutions can be developed around YouTestMe system. YouTestMe Solutions are suitable for

quickly delivering knowledge testing and learning management system solutions for customers with specific

requirements.

6.3 Integration with other systems

YouTestMe deployment solutions can be integrated with existing systems. For example, YouTestMe

GetCertified knowledge testing application can be integrated with authentication systems (single sign-on),

document management systems, e-commerce, proctoring, etc.

6.4 Integrated Enterprise Technologies and Technical Solutions

YouTestMe system is developed by integrating major enterprise technologies into highly scalable and

configurable Virtual Servers. YouTestMe platform can be used to deliver the custom, highly scalable and

reliable solution that can fulfill the needs of large corporations, organizations, and governments.
