Glenfall House is a Grade II Listed

Regency Manor House located in the

Cotswold hills on the edge of the

beautiful spa town of Cheltenham

This breath-taking 18th Century Manor House and

its 4-acres of grounds have been lovingly restored to

cater for luxury weddings and events.

When choosing Glenfall House for your wedding, the

beautiful manor house and stunning gardens will be

reserved exclusively for you.

Whether you are planning a lavish summer

The property has 7 beautiful licensed areas to

choose from, inside the main house and outside in

the terraced gardens, for civil ceremonies and civil

partnerships of up to 150 guests.

At Glenfall House we are here to help create your

very own dream day; from start to finish we will

endeavour to grant your every wish!

On arrival enjoy Champagne, a Glenfall House

cocktail, a glass of Pimms or your own favourite drink

with canapés, on the terrace or in the gardens with

stunning backdrops for your photographs.

Enter the Ballroom for your wedding breakfast, a

stunning light-filled room which opens out onto the

South Garden with more spectacular views.

For parties over 85 we advise using the spacious

Hayloft with its own bar which can seat

up to 150 guests.

Our team can advise on carefully-selected

specialist food suppliers, whether you require a

traditional 3, 4 or 5-course meal or something more

relaxed, or very creative!

Ask about our complimentary wine and food

taste evenings, available when you book your

wedding at Glenfall House.

Glenfall House is surrounded by 4-acres of glorious

grounds and gardens which will all be yours to

enjoy and have fun with for the whole

duration of your stay.

Enter a hushed retreat with yew trees, rose gardens,

pond, meadows, rolling lawns to wonderful secret

spaces with a double swing, hanging frames, dwarf

walls, beautiful shrubs and magnificent trees.

Walk down the wisteria avenue to The Alcove where

you can exchange your vows overlooking the

stunning views.

The Glenfall House gardens are renowned for being

the most beautiful and romantic in the area, having

been tended with great care for hundreds of years.

With amazing far-reaching views to the south and

west you will not be disappointed.

Indoor Ceremonies

At Glenfall House you have many wonderful

options as to where you hold your indoor

ceremony.

Whether you want to enjoy the intimacy of the

Morning Room, the grandeur of The Ballrooom or

with the stunning views from The Glen, we can help

your dream wedding ceremony became a reality.

Guests can be greeted in the Main Hall with the

grand piano, in any of the beautiful reception rooms

or outside on the terrace overlooking the gardens,

before taking their seats indoors in your choice of

ceremony area.

All ceremony rooms at Glenfall House overlook the

stunning gardens and can be laid out and dressed

exactly as you wish.

Outdoor Ceremonies

The Alcove is the hidden gem of Glenfall House,

creating the most beautiful outdoor ceremony

space where you and up to 150 guests can enjoy

the most important part of the day.

With Cotswold views and a stunning wisteria avenue

leading to where you celebrate your vows, it really is

the most idyllic outdoor ceremony space.

This outside ceremony area can seat

up to 150 guests, and is perfect for both large

and small ceremonies.

Evening Celebrations

Glenfall House offers you plenty of

flexible space for your evening reception;

The Ballroom and Hayloft are both perfect for

dancing the night away whether you want

a live music, a DJ or ceilidh.

The gardens can be lit throughout the evening

giving a chance for guests to explore and relax. On

cooler evenings, cosy up around a roaring fire in one

of our fire pits.

We’ve lots of creative ideas for entertaining your

guests including indoor and outdoor games to keep

‘the children’ entertained!

Specialist caterers will ensure that your food options

are exactly as you wish, which can be served both

inside or out. Glenfall House can comfortably

accommodate up to 250 evening guests.

In addition to the fully-stocked Library Bar, why not

turn The Alcove into a cocktail or gin bar, where

your guests can enjoy creating their own drinks

any time during your day.

Bedroom Suites

As your magical day draws to a close, you and your

guests can spend the night in our 21 luxury suites

and bedrooms all with en-suite facilities.

We have a choice of 10 deluxe suites in the main

house many with spectacular views over the

surrounding countryside, and eleven further

bedrooms in the neighbouring Coach House.

Rest your head in one of our bridal suites before

joining your family and friends for our Full Cotswold

Breakfast, using locally-sourced fresh produce.

Breakfast is served for all of your guests in The

Glen, where your overnight guests can share their

memories of your day.

If you need time to prepare, our beautiful Bridal

Cottage is ideal place to spend time with your

bridesmaids and closest friends on the night

before or the morning of the wedding.

Your Food & Drink!

At Glenfall House we believe you should not have to

put up with predetermined food choices So we work

with some of the areas best suppliers who are able

to offer you endless flexibility with your food choices,

including cultural foods.

From deliciously creative canapés, Oriental flavours,

Asian choices, afternoon tea, a hog roast or a full

harvest feast, there’s no end to the possibilities you

can explore with us.

Your chosen chef will sit down with you and discuss

all of your likes, dislikes and budgets and you have

the option of having a taste evening with them to try

out your chosen menu.

If your guests include vegetarians, pescetarians,

vegans or those with gluten free requirements or

allergies, just let us know and we will ensure they

enjoy equally superb food to suit their particular diet.

We can arrange a wine tasting evening if

you have particular wines you or your guests

wish to try or need guidance on flavours that

bring out the best in the food.

We can recommend a number of our preferred

suppliers who have all worked at Glenfall House

and have impressed us with their service.

This includes photographers, videographers, caterers,

musicians, florists, venue stylists, transport, hair and

beauty providers.

We welcome you to use your own suppliers, and

suggest you discuss this with your wedding planner

to ensure the smooth running of your day.

Additional Info

There is a charge of £500 to hold

your ceremony at Glenfall House.

This includes setting up the ceremony room and

Morning Room - a stunning room where you

both individually meet the registrar prior to your

ceremony. For couples who book all bedrooms and

suites, this fee will be waived.

For those couples wanting to extend their use of

Glenfall House, we have an option to stay the night

before your wedding and then have the whole

morning for you and your guests to get ready.

Speak to your wedding planner about

this optional extra.
