Methodology• An online survey was designed and conducted in order

to meet the objectives of this research

• The survey link was emailed:y– By SIR to a list of 470 residents who agreed to participate in

future research studies after having completed the 2009 Long Range Transportation Plan

– By GWRC to regional organizations/businesses, who in turn were asked to forward to their membership/distribution lists*

• The median length of the survey was 19 minutes

• The survey was conducted from September 14 –October 31, 2010

• 240 respondents participated in the study240 respondents participated in the study

• A sample size of 240 has a margin of error of +/- 6.33 percentage points at the 95% confidence level
