Twelve Oaks takes every effort to make our floor a “minimal maintenance” floor. With the advanced aluminum-oxide enhanced finish, routine vacuuming or sweeping is usually sufficient to keep the floor clean. Make sure to never wash your hardwood floors with liquid and wipe up spills immediately, using a dry cloth to thoroughly dry and clean the affected area.
