Tiffany Anisette is an entrepreneur, handbag designer, author, life coach,

minister and speaker for young girls and women. As a former massage

therapist, Tiffany realized there was a common problem to women, who

carried heavy bags on their shoulders or unevenly distributed in their

hands or arms. Her research showed her that these bags often weighed up

to10lbs! So Tiffany created the B.A.G. Handbag on Wheels. The B.A.G.

(acronym for the “Business Active Girl”) is her patented signature product

line of high quality, couture carry all purse, shoulder and pull bags.

Julia Colon found Avon to be the company that give her the opportunity to

have her own business. The opportunity to work on her goals and to be a

stay at home mom, make her own money, to be more independent, and to

set an example for her little girl and for women in the world. It's very

important that she is involved in her daughter’s life and she has found that

having a 9‐5 job takes her away from the precious moments that they need

together. Yes, there are companies that have flexible schedules etc... as an

opportunity to be with your family. However, she found that even though

those polices are there it did not apply to her. For her, she didn’t want to

break up her time in different days. She wanted a set schedule where she is

able to be 100% there for her daughter when she needs her. So, she started her own Avon Business.

Darlene Illig is the Founder of Organize You Inside and Out. She is a wife and a mother of four who finds

God as her center point to each and every day. With a hectic

household and a full‐time job, she created solutions in her book,

Digging Deeper, for things we all experience daily in our lives. It

was in her trial and error of her own life that this book was born.

It is her desire to help others live the life they were created to live

through finding happiness is all that they do. Her belief that we

were not created to be disorganized and chaotic is the essential

inspiration of this book. It is her wish to be able to help others

move past the internal messiness to a place they are happy to live in each day.

After graduating high school with honors, Leah Lynnette attended the

University of Memphis, majored in Journalism with a concentration on Public

Relations. After college, she dived into several different fields prior to coming

back to her roots in Journalism. For the last 8 years she has been the host of

several Television and Internet shows, the Creative Director of a Modeling and

Marketing Firm, Public Relations Consultant for a national energy drink…all

leading up to the start of her own business. In 2010, Leah left the steady

comforts of a traditional “job” and began her “career”. She began PR Diva, a

public Relations Consulting Firm as well as CreARTive Designz, a graphic design

firm. In 2013, PR Diva was enveloped into CreARTive Designz to create a one‐

LaTia McNeely‐Sandiford, MSW, is widely known as The

Adversity Expert. She is a published author, inspirational

speaker, success coach, trainer, consultant and entrepreneur.

As an advocate for overcoming adversity,she demolished the

odds by earning her Master’s Degree in Social Work from

Rutgers’s University in 2001. Until December 2010, LaTia

enjoyed a 20 year executive career in Social Work, holding 2

Executive Directorships, 2 Directorships and 1 Clinical

Directorship for various New Jersey based non‐profits. Today, LaTia is the Founder & Executive Producer

for Lions Vision Productions; a New Jersey based multimedia production company that specializes in

event production /décor, women’s entrepreneurial initiatives and non‐fiction media. Most recently,

LaTia was awarded the honor of being Union County New Jersey’s 2014 Woman of Excellence for

Entrepreneurship, voted by Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the New Jersey Commission
