SURAKSHA Cables Pvt. Ltd. is manufacturing Cables since 1984, where we established the brand SURAKSHA. The

company has introduced itself as the largest producer of wires and cables among its other following companies.

SURAKSHA Cables Pvt. Ltd. aims at producing and distributing power cables and wires of all types and sizes in order

to meet the growing demand of the local market, in addition the company in planning to cover other markets

especially in neighboring countries like- Europe, Africa etc. The factory was built in Narela city in the Industrial Area

of DSIDC. The factory contains highly effective machineries and highly qualified and trained staffs in the field of wire

and cable production according to Indian standards so that the product is of high efficiency. We are the rarest

cable industry having Five BIS licences. SURAKSHA Cables Pvt. Ltd. offers its products to various sectors like Houses,

Industries, shopping malls, Hotels, Hospitals etc. Moreover, the company can meet special requirements in line with

the technical progress in the field of wire and cable production. Which is very particular to carry the company

The higher strength ACSR conductors are used for river crossing over head earth

wires and installations involving extra-long spans. The advantage of ACSR is that it

has high tensile strength and it is light weight, which means over longer spans it

needs less supports. ACSR is available with varying percentages of steel core to

achieve different strengths. One of the advantages of this conductor in particular

is that the desired strength can be achieved without our loss of ampacity.

AAC

AAC is used mainly in urban areas where the spacing is short and the sports

are closer together. The advantage of AAC conductors is that they have a

high degree of corrosion resistance; for this reason they are used extensively

in coastal areas. AAC conductors were developed as a consequence of

the galvanic colossal.

AAAC is used as bare overhead conductor for power transmission and distribution

lines on Arial circuit that required larger mechanical resistance than AAC. AAAC

also has better sag characteristics and a better strength to weight ratio than AAC.

AAAC cables have lower weight per unit length and slightly lower resistance per

unit length than ACSR.

Elastomeric cables are popularly known as rubber cables and probably the first type insulation in the world. Originally it was with natural rubber for both insulation and sheet, however, in late 70s it has been replaced by synthetic rubber and sheet the commonly use insulations materials are EPR (ethylene propelene rubber), PCP (poly choloro prene), CSP (chloro sulphoneted polyethelene), EVA (ethylene vinyne acetate), silicon rubber etc.
