That last part is key… electronic devices that take the place of human labor J

More money, less work. That’s what automation is all about.

That said, before we go any further in this workbook, and before you join me on the webclass you’ve already registered for, I do want to make one thing very clear… becoming successful in real estate takes effort, even with all the automation in the world.

I’ve made millions of dollars in real estate. While it was automation that made it possible, it certainly wasn’t without hustle. After all, my results aren’t anywhere near typical.

I do realize that your goals might not be as lofty as mine. Maybe you only have a few hours a week and you simply want to make an extra few thousand bucks a month. Realize that most new investors do this in their spare time, a few hours here and there when it fits in their schedule. With automation, it’s totally possible.

Keep this in mind as we start this journey: while automation is magical… it’s not magic. I thought that was important to clear up just in case you’re one of those people who expects something for nothing. You’d be amazed how many people think you can click a button and magically get rich.

But I’m guessing you’re smarter than that. After all, you signed up for one of my trainings J

Now that you’re committed to join the webclass and you’re excited do start using automation, we should probably talk about what the heck you can even automate in the first place.

PMarketing can be automated - Marketing is the most important aspect of any business, if you’re not a master of marketing, you’re not maximizing profits (period).

PResearch can be automated - Access to current data sources from across the U.S. needs to be available 24/7/365 (period).

PPaperwork can be automated - All purchase contracts at your fingertips, ability to autofill key information, and push a button to send your offer (period).

PProcesses can be automated - All systems automated to keep your business on track without you having to be there to execute everything (period).

PSales can be automated - Offer is made; seller accepts; contract sent to escrow; closing documents signed and recorded; YOU GET PAID!

Why You Need to Automate ASAP

There was a point in time where automating your business was a luxury. In fact, you were Albert Freaking Einstein if you knew about automation technology ten years ago. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. If you’re not automating your real estate these days, you’ll struggle to compete.

PAutomation reduces human error - It’s no secret that humans often make mistakes. Even when you’ve double-checked your work.

PAutomation frees up your time - You might be surprised exactly how much time you can save with automation.

Why Real Estate is Perfect for Automation

PReal estate is a multi-step process - With so many moving parts in a real estate transaction, you need the best automation to maximize your profits.

PReal estate can be done in your spare time - Some say it can’t be done but if your entire process is automated with proven systems we say YES!

PReal estate transactions are big $$$ - Unlike selling small ticket items, you don’t need to close a lot of real estate investing deals to be sitting pretty.

PReal estate automation is affordable - Well, at least it is now. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands investing into technology, but the good news is you don’t have to.

PReal estate automation is simple - This isn’t some difficult technology that you need a pocket-protector to understand, this stuff is literally point and click.

Final Words Before Your WebclassIf you’ve read this far, I know you’re going to show up for class. After all, there is no way you can go back to trying real estate the old way knowing what you know now. It simply wouldn’t be civilized (or profitable).

That said, I would be remiss if I didn’t share this…

Any investment of time or money can literally pay dividends for years to come.
