we specialise in the design and construction of non-process infrastructure, process plants, bulk

storage and materials handling, industrial facilities and accommodation villages.

Our clients are among the largest companies in the resources, agriculture and manufacturing sectors.

Kerman has sustained controlled growth, now with an average annual turnover in excess of $250M. Since foundation, Kerman has successfully completed the design and construction of projects totalling more than $1.5 billion, including competitively tendered lump sum and open book negotiated contracts.

Our point of difference is our ability to leverage over 32 years of our design, engineering, construction experience and knowledge to provide cost effective, innovative design and construction solutions for our clients. Our success in retaining a highly skilled, long term, integrated engineering and hands-on management team is a key component of our ability to deliver, high quality, safe and timely outcomes for our clients, unrivalled by our competition.

Much of our success can be attributed to our ability to combine the strength and stability of a large organisation with the service, flexibility, openness and honesty you would expect from a smaller one. We call this the “Kerman Way” and it has cemented our relationships with our key clients who have rewarded our quality service, innovative approach and our cooperative style with the majority of our contracts being repeat business.

Kerman has a broad range and an exceptional level of experience in the design, construction and commissioning of complex projects, this combined with our solid reputation makes a compelling reason to partner with Kerman on your next project.

Brownfields design and construct project to extend the existing 32 metre building to 56 metres to allow servicing of dual coupled locos on two rail roads at the same time.

The works required new upper level walkways and sand bins to cater for a gravity fed sanding system along with extensive ground floor concrete works to allow under loco inspection.

All services were refurbished or replaced throughout the building and several new services added.

All electrics and lighting replaced and PLC programming modified to suit the new systems, workshop warning and loco signalling.
