Management Company

As Ireland's longest established third-party Management Company we act as a third-party UCITS Management Company and an AIFM for regulated investment funds. We can service a range of funds including Irish UCITS and AIFs.

We provide a reliable, flexible and efficient operational infrastructure that lets you concentrate on investing and raising capital while having confidence that your regulatory compliance and governance obligations are being met.

Fund Administration

We specialise in administering funds domiciled in Ireland (UCITS and AIFs), Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands.

We provide full-service fund administration including daily NAV calculation. This includes fully automated trade capture and daily cash and positions reconciliations per fund.

We provide transfer agency services including processing investor dealing, daily monitoring and reconciliation of collection accounts used for subscriptions and redemptions.

Elevation UCITS Funds (Ireland) ICAV

For investment managers who want to concentrate on portfolio management and distribution, we offer a multi-manager UCITS Platform called Elevation.

Investment Risk & Performance Analytics - StatPro Revolution

For funds that we manage and/or administer, we can provide access to the StatPro Revolution Platform – an integrated performance and investment risk platform. The platform uses the latest cloud-based technology.

Post Trade Compliance – StatPro Compliance

We have implemented post trade compliance software, which monitors and identifies breaches and gives our clients additional comfort that their funds are being run in line with regulations.

Key Investor Information Document (KIID)

We have produced over 12,500 KIIDs for clients, and automate KIID production and SRRI calculations.

FATCA and CRS

We actively monitor regulatory developments so that we are at the forefront of future regulatory requirements. Each year we generate an XML file for each registered entity and submit this to Irish Revenue

Managed/Segregated Account Administration

Link’s offering provides daily NAVs, including cash and position reconciliation, pricing, including corporate actions, and income. Full AML checks on behalf of the investment manager or the investor and the manager can choose to work with any custodian/broker.

Solvency II

We have partnered with Funds Library, a leading provider of investment fund data, regulatory services and software, to provide a comprehensive Solvency II reporting capability for asset managers that have insurance and reinsurance undertakings invested in the funds they manage.

European MiFID Template and European PRIIPs Template Reporting

Link can assist MiFID regulated firms with the Key Information Documents (KID), European MiFID Templates (EMT) and European PRIIPs Templates (EPT) reporting requirements.

Investment Manager Trail & Rebate Fee Calculations

Link have implemented a system-driven solution for the calculation of trail and rebate fees. We can provide the investment manager with detailed reports and process payments to the underlying agent.
