2021

Dear Film/PPF Industry Colleague,

There’s a great quote, attributed to Intel president Andy Groves that couldn’t be more appropriate for these times: “Bad companies are destroyed by crisis, Good companies survive them, Great companies are improved by them.”

And what better way to fight through the current crisis and improve your company than through educa-tion? New and challenging technology makes it necessary and a tougher business environment demands it for your business to not only survive but thrive.

That’s why the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (WFCT) is for you. More than 50 events grace this year’s program including educational seminars, demonstrations, a trade show full of new and important products, services and the competitions for the world’s top in their field. We’ve even updated the program to in-clude sessions about surviving and growing during the pandemic.

You won’t want to miss it. And with our expanded WFCT@Home program, you don’t need to if you can’t attend the live event. The International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off will be held June 7-9 in Orlando. The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) has been hosting groups since August 2020 and they have been successful and safe. The Hotels have enhanced safety protocols in place and the OCCC and Rosen Hotels have been award-ed the important GBAC STAR™ accreditation for outbreak prevention, response and recovery. Recognized as the gold standard for healthy venues, GBAC STAR™ provides third party validation of bio-risk prevention. The hotels and convention center are connected by a sky bridge as well and the event will also follow the CDC guidelines in place in June. Orlando is also a great place for open air dining if you prefer. So we feel good about the protocols in place for our meeting.

Nonetheless, we recognize there are some people who will not feel safe traveling to the event. So for this year we are excited to announce the premier WFCT@Home. Attendees will be able to go to the educational seminars, visit trade show booths and chat with sponsors, attend demos and the competitions—all from home. We are excited about this new type of registration. The virtual event platform gives you the look, feel and interaction of the live show.

Not sure which to choose? You can sign up for the live or WFCT@Home event, and change your registration type until May 28, so you don’t have to make that final decision yet.

But one final decision you will want to make is to come—whether live or virtually. You can now participate in WFCT from anywhere in the world.

The education is so critical, the challenges ahead of us so great that you will not want to miss a single minute. We look forward to seeing you in June.

Sincerely,

Managing Director, International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off
