Agile Product Roadmap

GENERAL USE + AGILE

The Agile Product Roadmap Template is used for creating a plan of action for how your product, or solution, is going to evolve over time.

This roadmap provides important context for your team, or multiple teams, to understand how their everyday work meshes with the overall vision and direction of the product.

Benefit Comparison PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

The Benefit Comparison Template is set up to help you compare your product to three of your direct competitors.

The template in its current configuration allows for seven different criteria to be used such as features, price, size, and any other information regarding the products.

Customer Journey Map

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Visualize all of the places, or touchpoints, that your customer comes in contact with your company, product, or service both online and off with the Customer Journey Map Template.

To make it easy for you to understand what motivates your customers to ultimately make a purchase, the template is set up with four rows that help you identify what your customers are Doing, Thinking, and Feeling, plus any Opportunities that are there for you and your team.

Daily Standup GENERAL USE + AGILE

Keep your daily stand-up or scrum meeting quick, concise, and organized with Stormboard’s Daily Stand-up Template for Agile teams.

Because this template can be added to by multiple people at the same time it can easily cut your daily meeting time in half, saving you both time and money. The template is divided into three sections that help all members of your team clearly address what was accomplished since yesterday’s meeting, what they are planning on working on today, and what barriers might impede any progress.

Design Thinking GENERAL USE

The Design Thinking Template is ideal if you are looking to approach a problem or improve a product, service, or design using out-of-the box thinking.

The template contains six sections: Topic, Empathy (observe and listen to the problem or situation), Define (a point of view created from user insights), Ideate (brainstorm as many solutions as you can), Prototype (build a representation of one of your ideas), Test (return to your user group for feedback).

KanbanGENERAL USE + AGILE + LEAN

This is one of a few different Kanban templates that will allow you to see how tasks flow through your organization and enable you to gather the metrics you need to improve your process.

There are six vertical rows in this template that are each labeled with a step in your team’s process — Backlog, Specs Ready, Development, Testing, Deployment, Done — ready for Kanban cards, or virtual sticky notes, to be placed in the column that indicates the status of the work.

Quarterly/Monthly Goal Setting GOAL SETTING + PRODUCTIVITY

The Quarterly/Monthly Goal Setting Template is the perfect way to set high-level goals for your company, track the productivity of a product, or brainstorm benchmarks for the upcoming year with your team.

The framework is set up to cover a full calendar year, with spaces for quarterly goals laid out across the top of the template, and columns for each month labeled at the bottom of the template.

Lean 5S GENERAL USE + LEAN

The goal of using the Lean 5S Template is to improve workplace efficiency and increase the value of products or services for customers.

The 5S represents five translated Japanese words that describe the steps of a workplace structure —Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. This template is divided into six sections in order to include Safety, which is now commonly added into this process.

Simple Retrospective AGILE

An agile retrospective is held at the end of an iteration in the agile process. The Simple Retrospective Template allows your team to reflect on what happened in the iteration and identify what needs to be improved going forward.

The template is divided into two sections to guide the retrospective labeled Stop Doing This and Start Doing This.

SWOT Template GENERAL USE

The SWOT Template is divided into four sections that lead you through a SWOT analysis to help you develop a strong business strategy for a new business venture, or to re-examine the strategy of your current business. SWOT is an acronym that stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
