When contacting our customer service department, please provide the following information to help us

assist you in ordering the proper product.

If your preference is to have a dedicated product, select a brush. If you have a variety of applications, your

choice may be a pad holder. The surface being cleaned and the amount of dirt build-up will help determine

the selection. The key to remember when ordering these items is the block diameter in relationship to the

machine size. A brush is sized 2 inches smaller than the machine because of the fl are of the brush fi bers.

Pad drivers are specifi ed 1 inch smaller than the machine.

When calling customer service, please have the machine manufacturer and model number to help

determine the block size, center hole diameter and clutch plate necessary to attach the block to the

machine. If the machine size is not apparent from the model number, please provide this specifi cation.

TIP: HOW TO BREAK IN A NYLON OR POLYPROPYLENE CARPET BRUSHBefore using a new brush on carpeting, the brush should be broken in according to the following directions. This will eliminate possible excess drag by “tipping” the strands, removing any possible burrs caused by the manufacturing process.

BREAK-IN PROCEDUREMount the brush on the fl oor machine. Follow ALL instructions included in your owner’s manual.Find a rough textured fl oor surface, preferably unfi nished concrete.Operate the machine on this surface. Run the machine DRY for approximately 15-20 minutes. The brush fi bers will take a slight set or lean in the direction of machine rotation. Rinse the brush to remove any dirt caught when running machine. The brush is now ready to be used on carpeting.

A. TRI-LOK™

Revolutionary, patent design combines the NP-9200 TRU-FIT® Universal Clutch Plate, built-in riser and a

triangular showerfeed system for a cost-effective pad driver capable of handling the toughest jobs. Drives

all standard or economy fl oor pads and bonnets.

B. MIGHTY-LOK®

The molded polymer pad face has hundreds of individual hooks that grip into the threads of a fl oor pad and

hold it securely while operating. The solid block includes a built-in riser and showerfeed holes allowing it to

be used with solution dispensing machines.

C. MIGHTY-LOK® 3This multi-purpose pad driver can be used with diamond discs as well as pads, bonnets, and abrasive

pucks. The molded polymer pad face has hundreds of individual hooks that grip into the threads of a fl oor

pad, bonnet or diamond disc and hold it securely while the machine is operating. The pad driver includes a

molded riser and universal Malish NP-9200 Tru-Fit® Clutch Plate mounted onto the block.

D. SURE-LOK®

The SURE-LOK® System is an exclusive Malish design for use on dual and high speed (300 rpm) machines.

This lightweight unit is excellent for the rental trade or for infrequent use situations. Includes our NP-9200 TRU-FIT® Universal Clutch Plate to fi t most machines.

B. HEAVY DUTY SANDPAPER DRIVEROur professional-grade Heavy Duty Sandpaper Driver is constructed from marine grade plywood and features a 3/8” thick foam pad for gripping sandpaper. A durable aluminum casting centers the sandpaper and will provide years of service. Includes our NP-9200 TRU-FIT® Universal Clutch Plate to fi t most machines. Riser is attached.

A. SP-17 SURFACE PREP TOOL W/ DUAL POSITION BLADE HOLDERSThe SP-17 fl oor surface preparation tool is an environmentally safe and productive tool for scraping concrete fl oors. The SP-17 was designed for scraping hard surface deposits including epoxy, fi berglass, glues, grout, ice, packed soils, paint and a variety of build-up on concrete surfaces.
