The INP trust index is determined regularly as the result of our customer satisfaction survey. Following successful completion or deployment,

each project and every INP employee is evaluated using the INP values. In this way, we quickly detect potential for improvement, which we

immediately discuss with you as our customer. Across all of our projects, we then use the aforementioned formula to determine the INP trust

index.

With the trust index of 5.1 points, our customers express a very high level of confidence in us. This motivates us to continue on the path we
