from all of us here on the bridge. As soon as allPassengers and crew are on board, all shell doorsare secured and all pre-departure checks havebeen completed, the Captain will give the order toiet go our mooring ropes.

With allmooring linesclear, the ship will thrust offtheberth and manoeuvre astern towards the turning

basin. Once the turn is completed, with the local

pilot on board Golden Princess will follow variouscourses out of the port of Seattle and into thePudget Sound Traffic before passing out throughAdmiralty inlet (40) and into Juan de Fuca Strait,early in the evening we will approach to PortAngeles where we disembark our pilot at around3:00pm. Golden Princess will continue west boundfor the remainder of the evening in the Juan De

Fuca Strait

Smoking PolicyFor the enjoyment of the pubiic lounges andfacilities, indoor areas onboard Golden Princess are

non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted indesignated sections of the Casino, Players Bar, andNightclub. For those passengers who would liketoenjoy a cigar or pipe, the Players Barcigar lounge islocated on deck 6 forward. Smoking cigars or pipesoutside of this iounge is not permitted. Outdoorsmoking areas are clearly posted throughout thevessel. Smoking is not permitted in staterooms andbalconies. Violations to this non-smoking policywillresuit in a $250 fine for each occurrence, which will

be charged to the passenger's stateroom account.
