SATR3 is patented digital technology for laser tag games -- indoor or outdoor. SATR stands for “Small Arms Transmitter Receiver”. It offers you real-time hit feedback via light effects (via the red dot scope) & sound effects (via voice feedback & other SFX). A master controller controls the games and is normally used by operators/instructors. It has numerous functions to monitor and control devices by radio and infrared communications. Timed games can be as short as 1 minute or as long as 240 minutes. Or you can have un-timed games.

In SATR3 the Master Controller has four boot-up options for the controller, namely: * Comprehensive Master Controller * Simple Master Controller* Workshop Master Controller * Themed Master Controller.

Comprehensive Master Controller A master controller controls the games and is normally used by operators/instructors. It has numerous functions to monitor and control devices by radio and/or infrared communications. The most common functions for the controller are: start a times game by radio; set a laser tag gun or box to a team; reset units back to a default configuration; or set a time for a game. Timed games can be as short as 1 minute or as long as 240 minutes. Or you can have un-timed games. A controller can issue pre-recorded phrases or sound effects to gaming guns in gamer mode. The master controller can also monitor and provide limited remote control of devices on the same battle.

Simple Master ControllerThe simple master controller is a simpler version of the master controller. It does not have access to many of the unusual or complex commands. It is suitable for running simple “Laser Tag” events. Commando include:* Respawn (or Reactivate) * Team A (set the target devices to Team A)* Set Game Timer * Team B (set the target devices to Team B) * End (RF) * Reload (IR) * Start (RF) * Briefing (RF)* Find (RF) * Set Volume * Any Team (sets to Team X, effectively no team)

Workshop Master ControllerA Workshop Controller is designed for the depot staff, especially for a rental business. Commands include Reset, Set Spare, Test RF, Spawn, Shoot, Kill, Unlock, and Lock.

Themed Master ControllerThis is a master controller but has extra commands for controlling games using the game modes of Manhunt, Haunted and Apocalypse.

The metal Battle box has a robust design

The Battle Box does an array of functions such as re-spawning (or re-activating) and re-supplying players with ammunition. The most common configuration is a Combo Box which both offers respawns and ammoresupply. Players can do this by pushing the black button or simply standing very close to the box in the re-spawn zone. This enables the gamers to respawn themselves i.e. bringing their gaming gunback from “dead” or “de-activated” to “ready”.

Likewise they can replenish their ammo by pushing

the red button or simply being in the re-

supply zone.

The re-spawn & re-supply zone works via digital radio

to the players need to be approximately 3 to 5 feet (1 to 2 meters).

Battle boxes can be configured by the master controller to only re-spawn one team or any of the teams. Battle boxes can be configured to provide unlimited reloads, reloads for a fixed time or a fixed number of reloads.

You can also control the volume level within the software settings.

A Battle Box can also be configured to act as a Mystery Box or Perk Box or Flag Box or one of the other Box options (see page 19 for more details about this).

The Domination Box enables you to play one of the most popular games and the easiest to run! The game is simple, players need to shoot the box to control it.

Please note if you are planning on running Domination Games, you will need two medic boxes and one dedicated domination Box, i.e. a total of three units.

In the Domination Game a gamer on the Blue Team (Team B) shoots its sensor and the light flashesblue. The box also issues a sound effect “Ding!” When a Red Team(Team A) gamer shoots it, the light swaps to red. The box issues a

sound effect “Dong!”. The box times how long each

team dominated to determine the winning

team.

The Domination Game can also be run where the

gamers press a button to swap.The Boxes can be configured to provide status updates via sound effects every 1 minute, 30 seconds

or 15 seconds. For example, “Bravo Team Is Dominating” or “Blue Team is in Control”. You can also control the volume level within the software settings. The full strip of LEDs on the sideof the box, as well as the sensor on the top of the box flashes to indicate which team is in control.This is an exciting game and is a must in any arsenal.

If you are running a Battlefield LIVE (milsim theme) then we call this mission the “Domination Game”. If you are going with a Laser Tag / Battlefield TAG genre then we call this the “Ding/Dong” game.



The Mystery Box main purpose is to offer the gamer a new weapon emulation - mid game.

Timed mystery emulations or a fixed number of mystery emulations per game.

Different boxes enable you to play different missions.

To play the most popular game “Captured the Flag” you’ll need: 2 x Medic Boxes + 2 x Domination Boxes. Optionally you can also have a Perk Box.

To play “Team Death Match” you’ll need: 2 x Medic Box + 1 x Domination Box (set as a Perk Box). To play the “Advanced Team Death Match” also add in a Mystery Box.

To play the “Heist” game you’ll need: 2 x Medic Boxes + 3 x Domination Boxes (two set as Vaults, one for each team and one set as a Money Drop Box).

To play the “Rush” game you’ll need: 1 x Medic Box + 1 x Medic Box(set as Rush Point 1) + 2 x Domination Boxes (set as Rush Point 2 and Rush Point 3).

To amp-up the game play to any mission you can add in a Mystery Box. A Mystery Box enables you to add an element of surprise to your live gaming. A mystery box gives the laser tag gun a new random weapon emulation. The box can be set to provide:* a new random weapon emulation from within the current genre or* a completely random emulation for any of the 285.

The gamer must wait at least 60 seconds before they can retry for a newmystery emulation.Changes made to the emulation are temporary and are not retained between mission starts.

The Melee Pack offers exciting game opportunities. It can be used for zombie game, fantasy scenarios, even escape rooms!

The Melee Pack can be integrated into a laser tag gun or into a little box (with or without integrated head sensors). This little box can be secreted into an actor’s costume or used as a battlefield prop.

What it does is emit a pulse so a gamer gets close to melee pack it can hit them! If you get the Melee Pack with the integrated head sensors, then just like in the movies, gamers need to shoot the zombies in the head to get them. And the Monsters can“shoot” back even without a lasertag gun.

Or you can select to upgrade a Battlefield Sports laser tag gun, such as a Cobra to include the

special Melee head sensors. This is so you can still use the laser tag gun in regular battle games as well as for special characters during Zombie games.

There are many software options with SATR3. In the Battlefield UNDEAD genre you can select participants to be Zombies or Survivors. There is an easy to run “Haunted” mode or get adventurous with our advanced “Apocalypse” mode. In the Battlefield FANTASY genre you can select the gamers to act as monsters or spell casters. The live action gaming possibilities are endless!

CLAYMORE MINEWhen emulating a claymore mine, the amount of damage can be configured.Also configured if you want the mine to sound like a mine, artillery or air strike.

A mine can be configured as an area effect weapon using the digital radio system instead of the infrared system. DIRTY MINEThis configuration actually shoots continuously

for 22 seconds. It has a cool “Geiger-counter” type sound effect. The claymore comes with a bank of 48 infrared emitters so it has abroad area effect. A claymore can be configured to be triggered by being shot by a gamer. You can also configure a simple target. The claymore can be configured to automatically rearm after a specified period of time. The explosion effect distance can be reduced for indoor play. Plus its volume can be easily configured.

The Claymore adds excitement to yourgameplay.

The SWAYZO clan war management software makes it straight forward for you to run Clan Wars. The software has three modules:
