No cost increases

We’ll continue to offer three medical plans as well as the same prescription drug, dental and vision plan options.

Same choice in options

We have a three-year strategy to support you in increasing your retirement savings. To kickstart us, starting with the 2021 plan year, in addition to the company match you can receive, we plan to increase our company contribution in the form of profit sharing or enhanced match to encourage those who are not saving, to start saving, and for those who already are saving, to save even more.

Retirement ready

It’s so important to take care of ourselves, both physically and mentally. To help support you, we offer a variety of resources to help support your whole life (including a new app!).

Dispensing Limitations and Restrictions

You may be required to take a generic drug before the dispensing of the brand name drug can be approved. If a generic drug is available and you or your dependents receive a brand name drug, you will pay the difference in cost. After a maintenance medication is filled two times at a retail pharmacy, you will pay 100% of the cost for the third fill, unless you enroll in mail order or have your 90-day prescription filled at Walgreens. Some drugs may require a prior authorization before dispensing. If you have any questions, please contact Express Scripts at 877-445-3548 or visit www.express-scripts.com.

5><

Prescription Drug (Express Scripts)

Ways to Save on Prescriptions• Use generics. A generic alternative for a prescribed medication is

usually your most cost-effective option. • Use mail order. Your copays and coinsurance will be less for a 90-day

supply; plus, your prescriptions will be conveniently mailed directly to your home – saving you time and the hassle.

• Use the Express Scripts drug cost estimator tool available on the Express Scripts app or in the BeneFIT portal to find out the price of your medication and learn what your plan covers and look for lower cost options.

Things to Consider • If you enroll your spouse/domestic partner, who is

• To help offset the increased healthcare costs of tobacco users, ManpowerGroup charges an additional $75 per month ($34.62 bi-weekly) per employee and $75 for any dependent who is enrolled in the Medical Plan and uses tobacco. This surcharge may be removed effective July 1, 2021, upon completing UHC’s Quit for Life cessation program.

Think About • Adding a spouse or a child to your benefits this

year? Don’t forget about dental and vision coverage for them too.

• Eyes change as you age, and it’s common for people to experience floaters, cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma and other issues. Similarly, the likelihood of tooth decay, gum disease and oral cancer grows with age. Stay proactive with your eye and dental care with recurring visits covered by your policies.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

• An HSA is a personal bank account to help you save and pay for covered health care services and qualified medical expenses.

• You may participate in an HSA if you are enrolled in a high deductible health plan, like the Prime HSA or Value HSA Plan.

• You own this account and the money in it – meaning it’s portable from job to job and you don’t risk losing these funds at the end of the year if you don’t use them.

• You can contribute to your account on a pre-tax basis up to maximum annual amount of $3,600 for an individual and $7,200 for a family. An additional $1,000 catch-up contribution annually is also allowed for those who are age 55 or older.

Health and Limited Purpose • Participate in the Health or Limited Purpose FSA to

for pay for healthcare services and eligible medical expenses.

• Limited Purpose FSA is for those enrolled in the either our Prime or Value medical plan and a Health Savings Account, and only can be used for dental, vision and post-deductible medical expenses.

• The minimum amount you can contribute is $260 up to a maximum of $2,750 per year under either account.

• You must re-enroll in these plans each year to participate.

Dependent Care• For child and elder care (e.g. daycare, summer camp,

senior living costs).• Contribute pre tax up to a maximum of $5,000 per year.

Comprehensive benefits aren’t only about insurance coverage and access – it’s also about having the tools to help you save for common costs and future needs. ManpowerGroup offers both Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options, and we encourage everyone to use these tools to remain in control of health-related funds and less surprised by unanticipated costs.

9><

Starting this Year You can roll over $550 each year in your Health FSA.

Think About • If you’re young and healthy, contributing to an HSA can be a way of

saving for future healthcare needs. Because HSA money stays with you year after year, more people are starting to treat this as savings plan to cover more serious medical needs in 30+ years.

• Do you have a spouse and file taxes jointly? Consider contributing the max amount to your HSA this year. Not only will this help reduce your adjusted household income, but it will accelerate savings for future medical needs.

• More Americans are taking on the financial burden for eldercare – sometimes simultaneously with childcare costs. If this is you, consider the Dependent Care FSA to save pre-tax dollars toward those costs this year.

Last month, we were excited to announce a new target date fund investment lineup.

Greater Fee Transparency To improve fee transparency, we’ve made changes to the way the 401(k) Plan administrative fees are paid. Preparing for Your EncoreAt ManpowerGroup, we understand the importance of saving for retirement, so you can have a strong financial future. You’ve seen the headlines – people are not saving enough for retirement. We believe it’s important for all employees to save for the future so we’re doubling down on helping you save for retirement. We’ve set a three-year goal to increase the average employee retirement contribution rate percentage.

your lifestyle goals and the savings needed for them. The earlier you set goals and start saving, the easier it will be to achieve your savings goals.

Copay A flat-dollar amount you pay for a health care service or prescription drug.

Coinsurance Once you have met your deductible, the percentage amount you pay each time you receive a health care service or prescription drug.
