State of Europe

• Europe covers 3% of the world’s landmassand has 7% of the world’s population.

• In central and eastern Europe, 25% of young people are unemployed.

• The Christian population has a .44% negative growth rate and only 2.8% of European Christians are considered evangelical.

• Younger Europeans have left their Judeo-Christian heritage to New Age thinking, relative truth, reincarnation and the occult.

• Islam has become the second religion of Europe.

• The vast majority of Czechs consider themselves atheists.

• Europe is a “post-Christian” society.
