APPOINTMENT We recommend advance booking to avoid disappointment. CANCELLATION The time of your appointment has been exclusively reserved for you. If the cancellation is made less than 4 hours prior to your appointment time, a 50% charge will apply whilst a 100% will be charged for No Show.

ARRIVE Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Kindly help us maintain the serenity of the spa by muting your mobile. We regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of schedule service time and will be responsible for full service fee. SPA FACILITIES We invite you to take advantage of our spa facilities to complement your treatment. Please arrive 30 min. before your scheduled appointment time. Guests receive complimentary access to Spa facilities when treatments valued $150 or above are booked. A facility surcharge of $50 nett (not applicable to any discount) for guests not receiving treatments.
