In the event of the loss or theft of your Mastercard Platinum BIL, just contact us 24/7 on (+352) 49 10 10 to stop its use. If you have taken the required security measures, you will not be liable for any excess on any expenditure recorded on the card between the time of the card’s loss and that of your call.

You can also request a cash advance or an emergency replacement card. This procedure will enable you to receive a new card within three working days at the fee currently in force. So your holiday is safe!

As a Mastercard Platinum BIL holder, you automatically benefit from these services which are not in any way linked to your use of the card. The various assistance benefits are provided by Europ Assistance, leader on the assistance market.

When you pay for your journey with your Mastercard Platinum BIL you benefit from travel cancellation and interruption cover up to EUR 15,000. You will be covered in the event of serious illness, accident and death but also in the event of a resit by one of your children, loss of employment, divorce, separation or serious damage to your home.

Your Mastercard Platinum BIL guarantees you a comfortable journey, valid for all regular means of transport, charter flights and shuttle services chartered by a travel agency or a tour operator.

- In the event of a missed departure resulting from a breakdown or an accident to a car, taxi or public transport taking you to the airport, station or port, even abroad, you will benefit from cover of EUR 750 to pay for the extra costs of rearranging your flight, hotel accommodation, meals, etc.

- In the event of a delay to the flight or the train or of a missed connection of more than four hours, you will be reimbursed up to EUR 200 for meals and other costs due to the delay. This cover applies to flights, trains and ships using regular lines.

- In the event of a luggage delay of more than four hours you have a budget of EUR 450 to pay for urgent purchases of clothes and toiletries. If the delay exceeds 48 hours, you will be given an additional budget of EUR 1,000. This cover applies to flights and journeys using regular and chartered lines, except for your return journey to your official place of residence.

When you travel abroad, your luggage is covered against theft up to EUR 2,500 per claim.

The compensation for these different travel inconveniences is granted per group of insured persons travelling together per journey and is additional to the compensation granted by the carrier.
