We would love to see photos of your Bingsters with their homemade lanterns, so please do share them with us. You can post them to our Facebook page (/bingbunny) or submit them via the website to be featured in The Bingster Gallery: http://uk.bingbunny.com/bingster-gallery

Now for the creative bit!Step 3. Your Bingster can decorate the lantern making it all bright and colourful. Try adding glitter or gold and silver pens for some extra New Year sparkle!

Step 7. Fold your card horizontally into a cylinder and staple it together at the top and bottom. (Please make sure this is done by a grown-up). Your lovely lantern is starting to take shape.

Step 8. You can staple the extra handle strip in place at the top of the lantern.

Step 9. Now it’s time to hang up your lanterns and start celebrating ChineseNew Year with Bing!

Celebrating… it’s a Bing thing!

Step 4. After your Bingster has finished decorating, fold the paper in half longways.

Step 5. You can now take your safety scissors and cut fringes into the folded sheet, stopping where you have drawn your pencil line.

Step 6. Unfold and rub out the pencil lines.

We love to hear from

you!
