When playing with newly digitalized enter-prise, make sure model is sustainable and constantly aligned with the Matrix of Strate-gy.

Pull out dashboards to check regulatory compliance and exposure to Dreaded Risk-Obstacles on a regular basis.

Pull out report deck and check process performance. Amend processes depending on alignment with Matrix of Strategy.

Study your Enterprise transformation tech specs. Each Enterprise has different levels of strengths, speed, skills, etc. Clip dashboard in handy place and use decoders to fully understand enterprise transforma-tion and innovation capabilities.

Note: Your Matrix of Strategy is likely to evolve, as the evil Uncertainus is likely to resurface. If so, restart enterprise transfor-mation crusade from Step 1 and remember: more than meets the eyes, and more impor-tantly much greater than just the sum of its parts!5
