Kami was personally selected by my wife and I based on his knowledge of the current housing marketplace. He had recently counseled a couple, with whom we were acquainted, against selling their home at a higher price than what they had been lead to believe that the Atlanta housing market could absorb. I must tell you. I read your FB post last night about placing calls to Realtors who don’t pick up their phone or even bother to return your call in a timely fashion when you want to show a property they have listed!
I am so disappointed in realtors (except you). We got treated to dual agency through the sale of our home, here on Lake Oconee. Our listing realtor was absolutely worthless. No help from him in negotiations whatsoever.
Do you realize how bad you make all the other realtors look because of your work ethic? Beth and I are more than happy to pass your name to more people.
