LA:RISE Referral Process
1. SE & WSC to review participant case load in co-case conference meetings to
determine who is ready:
– Has passed two JRAs
– Has completed or is on track to complete 300 hours
2. WSC to lead job referral process
– Review employer profile with applicant
– Guide through application
– Guide through virtual tryout process
3. Mock Interview
– Interview with someone else on staff at SE/WSC that the individual doesn’t know
well
– Draw experiences from Social Enterprise to share in interview that relate to
potential CVS interactions

OJT Process
1. Job Developer to notify Lisa candidate name, position, and candidate reference
number (found in candidate’s email)
2. Store supervisor notifies Lisa and WSC contact when hire is official and with hire
date
3. Lisa Dowd to provide job description and skills learned on the job to the WSC
4. WSC to provide retention partner information to supervisor
5. WSC to send contract to Lisa with midpoint and projected probationary end date
6. WSC to send Lisa potential site visit dates for midpoint check-in. Lisa to confirm with
site supervisor
7. WSC to send payment of $1,000 to Lisa after midpoint
