to the school year & just like the National Championships, we are down to the Final Four(th) of the year!

• This is it! As they say, “Go Hard or Go Home”!

– Larger box below on Scoreboard: Grade you want to earn for 2nd Semester (Qtr 3 + Qtr 4/2) - letter grade OR percentage is OK

– Draw yourself on the court (wherever you would like). • Draw a jersey on yourself (with a color).• Identify yourself with a label (your name).

– Draw the basketball in your hands.• In the ball, write the Name of one person

who you will go to for help, support or advice to achieve your Semester Goal. – This is your BIGGEST FAN & will

celebrate when you achieve your goal!

– Draw 5 “opponents”. • Draw a different jersey on your

“opponents” (with a color).• Identify 5 STUMBLING BLOCKS or

IMPROVEMENTS (words/phrases) that you will have to “beat” to achieve your goal! – Label each “opponent” with a

– Draw 4 “teammates”.• Draw the same jersey on your

“teammates” (with a color).• Identify 4 POSITIVE &

MOTIVATIONAL words/phrases that will help you achieve your Semester Grade goal! – Label each “teammate” with a
