The Fundamental reason for the article:
This generation
This generation
Of this dispensation
Must ariseTo take its place
Lord, send revival
On us to fall.
A restoration
Of a generation
A re-Awakening
As the world is weakening
Lord, send revival
On us to fall.
As a remnantWe refuse to be dormant
We believe in positive change
At this time and age
Lord, send revival
On us to fall.
Oh Lord, pour Your Spirit
That people may worship in truth ‘n’ Spirit
Be merciful to this generation
Even as the evil one plans His destruction
On the cross You shed blood for us
Lord, send revival
On us to fall
As a generation
We’ll make famous Your kingdom
To spread the GoodNews
As You’re the only one who makes good news
The world we let go
And You we choose to follow
Lord, send revival
On us to fall.
Of You we refuse to let go
Jesus, we will never let go
At this time and ageLives You change
Lord, send revival
On us to fall.
We desire to live for You
Serving You too
We always do it for You
Oh Lord, strengthen us
To serve in all sectors.
For the Lord is good
Of what we ask He will doFor us, strength He will give
In this world to help us live
He looks down on us from heaven
We look up to Him, our haven
Lord, Send revival
On us to fall.
Like David the greatest king
Who held the greatest key
The Ark of the Covenant You restored
Onto us worship You will restore
As a generation we ask for revival
On us to fall.
Tired and tired
This world makes us tired
Of which we must fulfill our purpose
After which we will live in big mansions
To us, dear lord, continue strengthening
To serve without weakening
Lord, send revival
On us to fall.
This generation is in a desperate cry for young people who are fervent and passionate for God.
May the Lord help us.

Article 001: You ain’t giving up!!
Life sometimes comes with a lot of challenges, hardships, heartache, pain, etc. At these times, you
tend to ask yourself some questions: “Why is my life so hard? Why I’m I the only one who seems to
be going through such a difficult time? Why is my life not as comfortable as the other person’s?
Why is my life such a mess?” However, it is not what you go through that affects you, but rather
how you take it or how you view it.
Have you ever asked yourself why you should not give up? How you view a particular situation is
important because it determines how you’ll think about it. Consequently, what you think turns to an
action, the action turns to a habit and finally the habit turns to your character. It becomes part of
your life.
Happiness vs. Joy. Many people tend to confuse the two. However, happiness is being cheerful
because of something. You are triggered by something to be happy. For example, you are happy
and laughter oozes out from within you when someone cracks a joke. You’re happy when you see
or watch something funny. On the other hand, joy is experienced when you are between a rock and
a hard place. You have joy when there is nothing to make you happy, when you’re life is in
shambles. It is only in God that you can find this experience. It is only in God that you can smile at
the storm. (Psalms 126:5, Nehemiah 8:10, psalms 30:5, Isaiah 51:11, psalms 51:12). It is only in
God that you can find rest and comfort during difficult times. (James 1:2-4) According to these
verses in scripture, James talks about trials, temptations and hard times. “Consider it pure joy, my
brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because the testing of your faith develops
perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not
lacking anything”. You are not giving up on life because God is moulding you into a more mature
person; the more mature you are the more the blessing in your life. Maturity is sensibility. Someone
who is sensible is one who is able to understand situations in a deeper way and knows how to react
to them in an expected standard given by God. Praise God for hard times.
When you have finally found you’re rest and comfort in God, you now shift your focus from yourself
and place it towards God. You start seeing how good God is, how faithful He has been in your life in
the simplest of things. For example, you walk in town and come across a blind person; you thank
God that you had the opportunity to see, you can see the sun set and rise, you can differentiate
colours, etc. You never know the value of something until you lose it. I pray that you do not get to
such a point in your life. You look around your environment and you come across lame people, you
start thanking God for the fact that you can walk. You did nothing to deserve it; the lame person did
not do anything to deserve it. It is just by the grace of God that you can walk. You look around and
you see people in bed, they cannot move because they are sickly, they are in so much pain. You
thank God for the gift of good health. There is nothing that makes you special from them, you are
as normal of a human being as they are and yet you have health. It is by the grace of God.
(Nehemiah 9”17,2nd Corinthians 12:9). Everyday someone is being put to the grave, every single
day someone passes on. But you are still alive. You would have been the one in that accident but
no, you are still alive. Just take a minute and think: What have you done to deserve life more than
the other person has done? Isn’t it by the grace and mercy of God? So, everyday you have
something to thank God for. This is called praise. (Hebrews 13:15, Isaiah 61:3)

The fact that you are alive means that you still have something that you need to achieve. What is
your purpose? Why are you here on earth? What are you to accomplish before you live the earth?
According to Jeremiah 29:11, God has some plans for your life. These plans have to be huge, plans
for a bright future. (Jeremiah 29:11)
You were born to be great. You are not an accident. You are not a failure. You are not useless. You
must not give up hope. You must arise, learn from your past mistakes, leave your comfort zone and
move on. Yesterday is yesterday, your past does not in any way determine your future. Do all you
have to do, trust God and do not give up on life. It is too early to give up. No one is too old or too
young to give up. No one has gone through enough to give up. No one is qualified to give up. We are
all under preparation to go to heaven. You need to look ahead and press on towards the mark,
press on in God. (Hebrews 12:1-3) Step by step and you will get there.
You aren’t giving up!!!
How about you bless another person who is going through a hard time and is about to give up. Tell
them that there is hope for their future through Jesus Christ.
Invitation
This invitation is rare. I would like to invite you to know God. Not a religion but a relationship. To
experience the grace of God, the love, peace and joy that comes as a result of having a relationship
with God. He is such a merciful God and nothing is too difficult for Him. He can break anything that
might be holding you back: an addiction you’ve been struggling with, alcohol, pornography, drugs,
you name it. Do not think that your situation is too difficult or hard for God. Everything is possible
with God. He can liberate you from any addiction or situation that you may be in. Just call on the
name Jesus. He loves you unconditionally. This means that He loves you despite of your past, despite of your mistakes. His arms are always wide open, waiting for you to say Yes Lord.
Now pray this short prayer:
Oh God, I thank you for loving me. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and that you died on the cross
for my sins to set me free. Forgive me Lord Jesus and I allow you into my life to become Lord and
savior.
Amen.
I praise God, if you have said that prayer, welcome to the family of Christ. You can look for a church
around your area of residence whose foundation is the Word of God, the Bible. Please doremember to share your decision of accepting Christ to your friends and loved ones. (Romans 10:9)
Project Evangelism:
Have you told anyone about Christ this week? Make a point of evangelizing to someone, sharing
your faith with them that they can experience the liberty there is in Christ Jesus. You might never
know to whom you are evangelizing to. It might be the greatest evangelist of our time that God will

use to bring many more into the kingdom. Never despise anyone. Everyone needs to hear the
GoodNews. (Matthew 28: 19 and 20, Luke 10:2 and 3)
It is my prayer that you have been blessed.
Until next week, God bless you.
