Yoga in Beautiful Dow Gardens

Class Meets at Dow GardensThis class will meet at the Dow Gardens Visitor Center, 1809 Eastman Avenue in Midland. From there participants will walk to the yoga class site for the day (i.e. the Secret Garden) where they will enjoy the beauty of Dow Gardens. In case of inclement weather, the class will be held in the Dow Garden’s barn. (Bring your umbrella for this 5-minutes walk.)

the Garden.” This class is complete for those who want a comfortable and nurturing yoga class combined with the beautiful outdoors.

Please pre-register at MidMichigan’s Employee Fitness Center in MidMichigan Medical Offices-Campus Ridge 1 Must complete MidMichigan informed consent and application form before first class. Former punch card holders must pre-register also. Class size is limited. No drop-ins allowed after class is filled.
