Still need to scan in/out when entering or leaving the building. In case of emergencies it will allow us to understand who is in the building for proper headcount.

Badge scanners do not required the actual badge to touch the sensor. If It is place 1 inch (25mm-30mm) it will receive the signal.

Take your temperature everyday BEFORE coming to work.
During shift change it maybe necessary to stand outside to maintain proper social distancing. You will be exposed to the weather, be aware and plan accordingly.

Added “X” to clarify the 6 feet (2m) distance as outlined by the State of Ohio. Each “X” is 6ft from the microwave, food, coolers and each “X” is 6 ft apart so associates can judge easily.

Each Workstation shows associate. A 6ft (2m) radius was placed around each Operator and reviewed for any concerns where the circles overlap. Those areas of concern were measured

List of preparations for return to work.
1. Associate entry: need standard door open to allow entry without using turn-styles. X Admin
Each associate needs to scan in and out to have records. Security man the door. We need a sign with
instructions on what they are to do. Need caution tape over turn-styles.
Inner entry doors past turnstiles need to be propped open. Need door wedges to prop open
2. Locker room doors need propped open. All sides X ordered 24 door stops to arrive next Tuesday
3. Need sanitizer cloths in restrooms for stall door handles and toilet handle cleaning. Admin/EHS
4. All cafeteria doors need propped open. X ordered 24 door stops to arrive next Tuesday
5. Admin to change signs on doors about taking temps at home and no symptoms etc. LuAnn has them. Admin
6. Cafeterias layout revise and signage from Marc. X
7. Time clock lines tape on floor at 6’ marks. Completed 3/31. Also signage added X
8. Social distancing signs in locker rooms and bathrooms X
9. Equipment control panels and start buttons(all request touch points) method to sanitize between shifts Team leads

21. Education for parts and box contamination concerns people may have. All parts that will be in use when X Jon
we return are at least 18 days since we received them.. most are 1 -1.5 months old and would not have live virus
on them. If we remained sanitized and careful, they will remain virus free. Only associates are handling individual
parts, need to remain sanitized.
22. Orientations and training(when it starts back up) how to space out and keep sanitized(desks, paperwork, etc. Matt

A checklist has been made based off the State of Ohio Guidelines and the CDC.
Training will be need with all members to understand all the countermeasures that have been developed to keep YNA in compliance
with Federal and State Guidelines during this time.
Reviewed the Ohio Manufacturing Alliance to understand if there is anything YNA can produce to support during this crisis.
