TERMSAD AGREEMENTAll of the following information will be governed by a straightforward advertising agreement that is signed by both the advertiser and the publisher.

FIRST TIME ACCOUNTSFull payment due at time of order for all first time accounts. Ads not paid for up front in this scenario can’t be activated.

INVOICE TERMSReturning advertisers can be invoiced on net 15 day terms. Invoices past due charged 2% interest of gross total per month.

DISCOUNTS/PACKAGESDiscounts/packaged rates are available and we’ll be happy to work with you depending on the frequency and dollar amount.

FIRST COME BASISAll ads across our site are sold on a first come basis. To reserve ad spots, first time accounts must pay 100% up front, while returning accounts a deposit of 30% to reserve and hold spots when payments aren’t made up front.

ART/DESIGN FILES AND COPYSubmit art on time or your ad may be bumped to the next available slot. ym360 retains the right to approve/disapprove artwork if necessary, as well as copy for dedicated email sends.

INDEMNIFICATION:ym360 will accept and publish your ads in agreement that you are authorizing us to publish the ads. As a result, we will jointly agree that the advertiser will indemnify and hold ym360 harmless from and against any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based on your ads. This includes items such as: plagiarism, copyright infringement.

CONDITIONS+ ym360 reserves the right to place context with each ad (example: using “paid ad” above or below any ad).

+ ym360 has the right to refuse ads if necessary.

+ If ym360 makes an error in listing or publishing an ad, our costs can’t exceed the costs of the ad spot sold.

+ ym360 is not responsible for design file errors or ads that don’t match ym360 ad specs.

+ ym360 is not responsible for proofing ads.

+ ym360 can adjust advertising pricing throughout the year and will list such changes in the most up to date media kit posted online. Price adjustments will not affect ads already reserved with an ad agreement in place.
