To maintain the most competitive pricing, YH System Fabricators Pte Ltd controls the overhead cost by keeping a minimum lower skilled work force such as fitters and electricians. Engineering and supervision staffs are permanent employees. Additional manpower requirement are outsourced and obtained from selected contractors who meet our standards. Steel work fabrication for analyzer cabins and shelters, and customized panel and equipment housing are sub-contracted out to selected steel work fabricators. Detailed design and E&I work are covered by YH System Fabricators Pte Ltd.

• Supply of PLC System and Panel, including programming.

Customer need to provide the following information: a. Functional Logic Diagram or System Description for the PLC b. I/O cable schedule and document for PLC hardware requirement c. Specification for panel wiring

YH System Fabricators will generate the following document:

a. Panel detailed layout drawings with Bill of Material b. Detailed wiring and I/O termination drawings c. Functional Logic Diagram for PLC Programming

• Supply, design, assemble and wiring of Metering Panel for Custody Transfer.

Customer need to cover the software and the hardware for flow computers and Man Machine Interface system and to provide the following Information: a. System Architecture Drawing b. P & ID c. Detailed information for all field devices connected to the system d. Field I/O cable schedule and Junction Box termination details e. Specification for panel wiring f. List of hardware to be free issued with dimension and wiring details g. List of hardware to be covered by YH System Fabricators

YH System Fabricators will generate the following drawings:

a. Cabinet detailed layout drawings with Bill of Material b. Electrical wiring schematic drawings and field/panel termination details

• Supply, design and E&I work for Analyzer Shelter and Cabin.

Customer need to provide the followings: a. Details of all free issued items such as analyzers and sample handling systems, etc. b. Details of Junction Boxes to be installed in the shelter or cabin, or the cable schedule for the power supply and outgoing signals from the shelter or cabin if the junction boxes are to be included in the scope of work for the shelter or cabin. c. Cable specifications and wiring spec.

YH System Fabricators will generate the followings: a. Analyzer shelter or cabin detailed arrangement drawings b. Electrical wiring schematic drawings including Junction Box details c. Tubing schematic drawings


• Supply of Wellhead Shutdown Panel, Fusible Plug Panel and Pneumatic Shutdown

Panel.

Customer need to provide the followings: a. Functional Specifications or System Description for the system b. Cause and Effect Chart c. Specifications for the hydraulically operated shutdown valves d. Approved Vendor List for the components

YH System Fabricators will design and generate the followings:

a. Panel detailed layout drawings with bill of material b. Schematic drawings for shutdown and interlock systems c. Sizing for the accumulators, hydraulic storage tank and hydraulic pumps

• E&I work for Package Equipment such as Metering Skid, Compressor Skid, etc.

Customer need to provide the followings: a. The General Arrangement drawing for the skid b. Electrical and pneumatic junction boxes layout c. Power Distribution Boxes layout d. Cable specifications and schedule e. Specification for installation work f. Hook-up drawings g. List of hardware to be covered by YH System Fabricators

YH System Fabricators will cover the remaining work including loop testing to complete the installation.

• Supply, assemble and wiring of DCS System Cabinets and Consoles, including the supply of system cables.

Customer need to provide the following information:

a. I/O Loading list and cable schedule b. List of I/O hardware to be free-issued with dimension and wiring details c. List of hardware to be covered by YH System Fabricators d. Specification for cabinet wiring
