As a public company, GBHL can offer investors stock, which could provide a lucrative upside potential and a readily available exit strategy. THE CONCEPT: You’ve Got the Part (YGTP) is a brand new social media and networking crowd promotion platform where anyone, anywhere, anytime can audition for a part in a real Hollywood movie or as a spokesperson and any product or service with just the click of a smart phone app! YGTP creates and implements significant efficiencies in the “crowd promotion” of products, services, and events by enabling millions of social networking fans to fulfill their dream of being online with their Smartphone or webcam. YGTP is not a casting service, but an extraordinary marketing tool for any product, service, or event that wants to create mass public awareness among millions of “social networkers”, resulting in greater clicks, views, public engagement and hundreds of millions of “eyeballs” on the product, service or event. HOW DOES IT WORK: Anybody with access to a Smartphone or webcam can create an account (on which credit card or other payment information options can be stored), sign-in, and scroll through the list of Hollywood movies or product spokesperson opportunities for which they can audition. After paying a small upload fee, each fan submits a brief video audition. YGTP then instantly posts that video audition on not only its website, but on many other social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. The public will then choose the top finalists by the number of votes in the form of “likes” or *stars*. These top finalists are then selected by the motion picture production, or the company which is marketing a product or service. WHO WILL PARTICIPATE: Anybody and everybody who has ever dreamed of their 15 minutes…or 15 seconds of fame. The millions of people voting/*starring* and visiting the YGTP website will create a huge opportunity for advertising revenue. In addition, many specific potential advertisers (such as movie distributors, clothing and beverage companies) may choose to create sponsorships by paying fees to YGTP!

You’ve Got the Part!

Business Overview September 9, 2014

PUBLIC COMPANY: Global Entertainment Holdings Inc., a publicly traded corporation (GBHL), is the developer and owner of a new social media platform called “You’ve Got the Part” (2013 Trademark & Copyright granted). As a public company, GBHL can offer investors stock, which could provide a lucrative upside potential and a readily available exit strategy. You’ve Got the Part, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GBHL, will be the operating company for the development of “You’ve Got the Part” web portal and related business endeavors.

CONCEPT TESTED: YGTP recently announced a “casting call” that was held at a local restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky for a film called “MR. PINK.” Within hours, hundreds of people showed up. Because it was impossible to physically audition that many people, the crowd was informed to sign up on a beta site for YGTP. Within three weeks, nearly 60,000 people signed up to audition!

This demonstrates that people everywhere, if given a chance, would love to participate in an opportunity to be “discovered” and possibly cast in a Hollywood movie using the YGTP website!

The Louisville Metro Area represents less than one-half-of-one percent (0.5%) of the U.S. population. If YGTP were to successfully market the entire U.S. for auditions, we believe it is conservative to estimate that well over 500,000 people might audition for a role in a Hollywood movie using YGTP, possibly invoking well over 3,000,000 people (an average of 6 friends each) to visit YGTP to vote or “like”, or just view each audition. If YGTP held only 96 auditions, per year (8 movies x 2 roles/movie x 60 days of auditions/movie), then YGTP could experience nearly 300,000,000 unique visits and potentially significantly more additional “hits”!

Assumptions:

* Only 3 movies will be offered by YGTP in Year 1. **Taxes estimated at 20% for purposes of this projection only.

Two roles per movie (one female/one male) will be offered for each movie. 300,000 individual auditions will be uploaded per

role (2 roles/movie). Upload Fee per individual audition is $1.99. Annual "unlimited" subscriptions may be offered at $24.95

per individual; however, no such subscriptions are accounted for in this projection. Advertising revenue has been computed on

standard CPM basis. Sponsorships will range from $25,000 to $1,000,000 per contract. In Years 1 through 3, all movies will

originate in the US or Canada. In Year 4, movies may originate from other countries. YGTP anticipates foreign movies will

substantially increase the number of individual auditions per movie. For this projection, the number of individual auditions has

not been increased beyond 300,000 per role. Year 2 reflects substantial growth due to aggressive marketing and promotion.

Operating Costs are highly scaled. A 30% annual growth rate is projected. Incremental costs of handling additional individual

auditions, subscriptions, collections, and additional web advertising placement is minimal.
