COURSE DESIGN
The course is a blended course that
will entail the Interactive Multimedia
Instruction (IMI) .
The first portion of the course will be
asynchronous. The number of required
learning hours is 40.
The second portion of the course will
be 60 hours of Instructor Led Training
(ILT) at the Norfolk Naval Base.

The developmental software will be divided by multiple projects, where only 10% of
the cost will be allocated to the development of the Yeoman Advanced
Administration Course.

PRINTED MATERIAL COSTS (ILT)
ILT:
The weight associated with the job
sheets is a total of forty job sheets.
• 40 job sheets consisting of six pages
per job sheet = 33,600 pages.
• Five hundred sheets =20 lbs.
33,600/500*20=1344.
• Total shipping for 1,344 lbs. for
FedEx three-night delivery is
$3,397.16.

DELIVERY COSTS
ILT SME:
• The cost for the SME will be
absorbed by the contracting
company for the duration of the
pilot.
IMI-Technical Point of Contact (POC):
• The technical POCs will be a paid
for 40 hours of work.

ASSESSMENT STRATEGY
Assessments will be developed for both the IMI and ILT portions of the course.
IMI Assessment
• The IMI portion of the course has assessments referred to as comprehension
checks built into the course.
ILT Assessment
• The ILT portion of the course requires the members to take a final exam at
the end of the instruction.
