Itinerary – Day One
11.00-12.30: Arrive and settle in to camp
- 2/3 person tents
- Already set up for you
12.30-13.30: Lunch
- Parents to Provide a Packed Lunch
- Mess Tent
13.30-17.00: Two Activities (90 minutes each)
18.00-19.30: Dinner
19.30-21.00: Wide Games

CostThe total participation cost for Year 8 Camp will be in the region of £165 (t.b.c) This can be paid in one lot by 01/12/2019 or to the payment schedule below.
Schedule 2019October• Wed 09 – Year 8 Camp Information Meeting - Launch .• Thu 10 - Link to presentation will be sent home via E-coms. October • Register via School Gateway • Gateway will open Thu 10 October and close Sun1 December 2019.• Payment 1 - Deposit of £30 , by Sun 1 December 2019, secures a place on the
trip.

• We will provide information and updates via the School
Outdoor Education Website. This ensures that everyone
has the same information at the same time.
• When required, we will send an E-coms home advising
of web updates and provide a link.
• Registration will be via the “School Gateway”, not by
email. telephone or paper forms.
