- Traditional media has been facing many unexpected challenges:

• TV business continues to suffer after YouTube incidents while maintaining high operating cost

• No major movies has been released in 9M2019. “Kumanthong” – the biggest movie project of 2019’s got in theater on October 8, 2019

and will be soon released in Cambodia and Malaysia Q4/2019

• Increased long-term investment into SGO48 to develop the brand to build our own IP in the future

- Digital Media remains to be the Group investment focus to explore and capture the internet advertising money:

• To grow mobile advertising verticals, YEG invested in the app technology company called Kolorlife (Appfast owner) and establish

Appnews Vietnam – news app platform for government. The project is in seeding stage and expected to generate revenue starting

next year.

• Yeah1 Publishing actively expands to international publisher networks. In additions, we continuously improve our internal review

process for better risk prevention. In Q3/2019, a number of publishers (both local and international) were removed from our network.

• Despite O&O strategy starting showing results for investment made in 1H2019, revenue from YouTube are not yet to cover the lost of

affiliate channels after YouTube incident March 2019. In Q3/2019, YEG recorded another 20% provision of the receivable from

ScaleLab owner (equivalent to 2.4 million US dollar)

- Yeah1 Gaming in 2019 mainly is to pilot and test the market response, prepare for a stronger investment in the future
