In 1991 we recognized the need to connect parents and families with the resourcesthat were available to them, and responded by producing the first published volume ofservice provider listings in Yavapai County.

We believe that identifying and providing access to resources is the best way to helpfamilies find the help they need.

Each year we’ve renewed our commitment to the children of Yavapai County by care-fully updating the information and improving the Book’s format. For the past 20 years,we’ve pulled together the necessary funding and directed our staff to produce, publishand distribute the Book. This year is the first year we are opening up the opportunityfor businesses to help support this important resource by placing an advertisement inthe publication.

We are also grateful to our donors who have contributed to our Yavapai InformationResource Development endowment fund, which will help ensure the continuation ofthis important referral service to our community well into the future.

2.Professional photography, if required, is available at nominal cost.

3. Proofs will be supplied for advertiser’s approval.

4. All content, including advertising copy, is subject to approval by theYavapai County CommunityFoundation.

5. Advertisers and/or their agencies assume full responsibility and liability for all contents of advertisingpublished and assume liability for any claims arising. The advertiser and/or their agency agree to “holdharmless” Yavapai County Community Foundation.

6. Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the graphic designer and the Yavapai CountyCommunity Foundation Committee.
