2006 July (two weeks) – Yazaki Audit and Kaizen Projects together (98 points). Talks about TPS, Japanese Quality Philosophy, 5S, Kaizen, Yazaki’s Procedures Training.

2006 December (one week) – Team from Yazaki Japan visit. Kaizen & 5S follow up and new talks and training.

2007 January (one week) – Team from Yazaki Japan visit new building. Kaizen & 5S follow up, Factory layout, Toyota’s requiremets.

2007 February (two weeks) - Team from Yazaki Japan visit. Design and Product features, Process Flow Chart, Kaizen & 5S follow up, new talks and training, Toyota’s audit preparation. SMT’s Training and First Tryout Run.

2007 May (two weeks) - Team from Yazaki Japan visit. Kaizen & 5S follow up. Toyota’s audit preparation. SMT’s Training and Second Tryout Run.

2007 June (one week) – Team from Yazaki Argentina visit. Kaizen & 5S follow up, HVPT (pilot Run), samplesa and reports for TASA.

2007 July (two weeks) - Team from Yazaki Japan visit. Kaizen & 5S follow up. Toyota’s audit preparation. New Trial Run for training SMT people.

2007 August – TASA approved HVPT, release production and supply from Cliptech IMV. Team from Yazaki Argentina visit. Kaizen & 5S follow up, preparing for mass production.

2007 September (one week) - Team from Yazaki Japan visit. Kaizen & 5S follow up. Toyota’s audit preparation (final steps).

2007 October – TMC Japan audit and approval Cliptech. Team from Yazaki Japan & Argentina showed all the project steps.
