Office automation refers to the varied computer machinery and software used to digitally create, collect, store, manipulate, and relay office information needed for accomplishing basic tasks and goals. Raw data storage, electronic transfer, and the management of electronic business information comprise the basic activities of an office automation system. Office Automation helps to optimized or automate existing office procedures.

This is a very unique project in this we are design a smart conference room, in which are constructing a circuit, in which circuit work.

Objective Count the number of person going inside and reducing

the counting when person exits.

INTRODUCTION

Page 5: Yatender Prajapati Shubham Agarwal Deeksha Bisht Anupama Singh

It controls the power system, when nobody present in the hall or LCD displays zero person, it switch off the power .When a person enters the hall or LCD displays 1, it switch on the power.

It controls the conference room temperature. When temperature is less than 20 degree heater start, if temperature is in between 20-30 degree fan start , when temp. more than 30 A/C will get on.

A primary method for counting the visitors involves hiring human auditors to stand and manually tally the number of visitors who pass by a certain location. Here is a low-cost microcontroller based visitor counter that can be used to know the number of persons at a place. Two IR transmitter-receiver pairs are used at the passage: one pair comprising IR transmitter IR TX1 and receiver phototransistor T1 is installed at the entry point of the passage, while the other pair comprising IR transmitter IR TX2 and phototransistor T2 is installed at the exit of the passage.

This temperature control application reads a value from a temperature sensor and determines when to switch A/C , Heater or fan on according to minimum and maximum temperature limit settings. These settings can be changed using upper and lower limit set switches. The limit settings and the current temperature are displayed on LCD panel.

Need to improve office productivity. Large number of organizations are being benefitted

by office automation due to the following advantages related to the human resource information system.

Better utilization of human resources Improved quality of work Efficient decision Better service for customers. Immediately update business information

ADVANTAGES

Page 15: Yatender Prajapati Shubham Agarwal Deeksha Bisht Anupama Singh

It provide information to management on the volume and flow of people throughout a location A primary method for counting the visitors involves hiring human auditors to stand and manually tally the number of visitors who pass by a certain location.

It can also replaces CARD PUNCHING machine in an Industry. Temperature Sensor automatically switch ON the

devices(heater/fan/AC) according to the room temperature. This temperature control application reads a value from a temperature sensor and determines when to switch a fan or bulb off or on according to minimum and maximum temperature limit settings.

It saves power in any particular room. When nobody present in the hall ,it switch off the power.

APPLICATIONS

Page 16: Yatender Prajapati Shubham Agarwal Deeksha Bisht Anupama Singh

It saves power in any room. When nobody present in the hall ,it switch off the power. Thus saves the power.

It reduces the manual work by automatic switching of AC/Fan/Heater.

It improves the work efficiency.
