Wide Range of Screen Sizes High Resolution Display Color units feature 65,536 Colors (32,768 with Blink Enabled) High-resolution display of 65,536 colors without blinks and 32,768 colors with blinks enables clear display of JPG and BMP images. Realistic appearance of photos, illustrations and 3D parts improves visibility for operators. Monochrome units feature 16 grayscale shades plus patterns. Video Display Video can be displayed at 30FPS from network cameras. Individual video frames can also be captured and displayed. Connectivity 5.7” Units – 2 Serial Ports (Each with RS232, RS422,RS485), 2 USB Ports, Ethernet Port 8”, 10”, 12” and 15” Units – 3 Serial Ports (Each with RS232, RS422,RS485), 2 USB Ports, Ethernet Port An optional 2nd Ethernet Port is available allowing for the Y-View to support two (2) different IP addresses as well as bridging networks. Other connectivity options include: OPC1-1, CC-Link, FL-Net, Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, T-Link, and SX Bus.

Device Memory Transfer Y-View’s data transfer function acts as a communications gateway allowing devices that do not utilize a common protocol to seamlessly share data. Each driver can support up to 31 transfer tables with up to 128 transfers per table.

Maintenance items such as firmware upgrades can be performed on all units in a plant from a single location. Device drivers Large library of industry protocol for connectivity to a multitude of controllers and devices. Up to eight (8 drivers) can be configured with each driving communicating with up to 254 devices. The driver list now includes 375 drivers and is continually growing. MES Interface Connectivity to plant wide enterprise systems is available using the available MES functions. SQL Read and Writes are easily accomplished between the Y-View and plant servers running V-Server software. Data for production records, defect quantity, error causes, and other types of infomration can be sent to the MES database server in SQL without complicated programming
