The Soil Survey of England and Wales identifies the soil as being of the Wharfe Series which is described as a deep stoneless permeable fine loamy soil suitable for cereals, potatoes and permanent grassland. Situation The land is located approximately 2.5 miles to the north west of the city of Worcester. The village of Hallow is located less than 1 mile to the north. Droitwich Spa is located 8.5 miles to the north east, Bromyard is located 14 miles to the west. After crossing the River Severn, proceed north along the A443 towards Holt Heath and Great Witley. The lane serving the land will be found on the right hand side after around 1.80 miles and little under 0.5 mile south of Hallow Church. Tenure The land is freehold and vacant possession will be granted on completion. The Vendor will consider early access subject to the payment of a 20% deposit. General Remarks Halls Holdings Limited and G Herbert Banks have been jointly instructed to sell this productive and versatile block of arable land which includes a modern fully enclosed farm building.
