The  new  year  starts  and  here  in  La  Antigua  de  Fuentesaúco  we  are  already  thinking  about  all  the  events  that  we  have  during  this  year,  and  the  first  one  that  pops  in  our  heads  is  the  Salón  de  Gourmets  2015  in  Madrid.  This  is  without  any  kind  of  doubt  the  main  reference  in  the  culinary  events  of  2015.  For  this  reason  we  are  already  starting  to  plan  everything  that  we  are  going  to  display  there  to  surprise  the  visitors,  so  we  highly  recommend  you  to  visit  us  from  the  to  the  16th  of  April.    

   This  year,  in  its  XXIX  edition,  the  Salón  de  Gourmets  will  have  Portugal  as  guest  country,  so  we  will  have  the  chance  to  taste  everything  that  the  Portuguese  gastronomy  offers  us,  like  their  fishes,  their  wines  and  meats.  Besides,  other  countries  like  Argentine,  France,  Ireland,  Italy,  Netherlands  or  Switzerland  have  already  confirmed  their  presence.    Since  its  first  edition  in  1987  the  Salón  de  Gourmets  de  Madrid  has  grown  more  and  more  each  year  and  in  the  last  edition  it  has  more  than  80.000  visitors,  more  than  30.000  products,  and  2.000  of  them  were  released  in  Gourmets.  It  also  had  1.164  exhibitors  and  this  year  they  foresee  to  grow  even  more.      

   For  this  reason  we  are  going  to  give  our  best  in  there,  with  all  our  collaborators,  our  chefs  and  their  recipes  based  on  cheese  and  of  course  our  cheese.    The  last  time  we  attend  the  Salón  de  Gourmets  de  Madrid  we  won  the  Inspira  Award  of  design  for  our  event  and  we  want  to  overcome  ourselves…
