It gives us a great pleasure to extend a warm invitation to participate in XVIII Annual conference of Society

of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI) “ENDOCON -2018” at holy city of Varanasi, India from 27-29th

April, 2018.

This is an important and annual meeting of esteemed society. We expect approximately 600-700 delegates to

grace this occasion. We have excellent international faculty showing live demonstrations of latest techniques

in the field of G I Endoscopy besides common procedures. In last two decades the field of G I endoscopy

has witnessed expontial growth and advances in diagnosis and therapy of various hepato bilio pancreatic

diseases. Therefore this conference provides a platform to keep abreast the latest advances in this field so

that learning may go a long way to treat various ailments in more comprehensive and better way like a team

work.

Varanasi is one of the oldest living city of World located on the national river Ganges .It is cultural, spiritual and

educational centre of India. It is very pious city as they consider this city as an abode of Lord Shiva. It is the

same city where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after enlightment hence considered important Buddhist

centre where lakhs of people visit from different Buddhist countries. It is same place where great saints like

Kabir and Ravidas were born. Great Goswami Tulsidas wrote great Hindu epic ‘RAM CHARITRA MANAS”.

Abstract Submission to SGGI annual meeting

(Endocon 2018) is online only. Accepted abstract

will be allocated into oral/poster presentation and

published in society journal.

Important date’s

Abstract submission opens on 15th Feb 2018.

Abstract submission closes on 31st March 2018.

Eligibility and rules

◾ Scientific committee will only accept original

scientific material not published as an article or

accepted as publication in printed or electronic

formats upon the submission deadline.

◾ Case report is acceptable.

◾ Abstract may be selected for oral/poster

presentation at SGEI annual meeting.

◾ All abstracts will undergo review by scientific

committee to decide the whether it is suitable

for oral or poster presentation.

◾ Presenting authors will be notified of the

results of their abstracts via mail. It is

responsibility of presenting authors to notify

any co author of the decision.

◾ Presenting authors must formally accept their

invitations to present by 15th April 2018.

◾ Abstracts selected would be published in

Society Journal.

◾ Abstracts can be withdrawn upon request from

submission author.

screened by the committee and selected video
