Complete Associate Registration form: Fill in Red * Tax ID and Social Security are required fields

Complete Registration Associate Step 1- fill in the red * for required fields. Note: User Name - minimum of 6 characters

Password – no symbols or spaces.

Read the Terms and Conditions and check the Yes box and continue.

Address .. Payment Screens

Complete Registration Associate: Step 2 and continue to the payment screens. Complete the payment screen in order to complete the Registration.

Note: If a message shows: your credit card company “does not honor”, stay on the screen and go to the drop down menu that has alternate choices for the credit card payment: choose PayPal. You do not need a Pay Pal account to process the transaction.

If you forget your information: click forgot your password and add your email address to the field to have it sent to you.

If you forget your username/referrer select forgot my password to have sent.
