XERO INTEGRATION INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Log into merchant app merchant.swipehq.com

Click “Settings”

Select “Xero” tab bottom left

Select “Authenticate with Xero”

*Redirects to Xero page*

Select company to integrate with Swipe then click “Authorise”

Your account is now set up with Xero

*Redirects back to Swipe merchant page*

Copy the SwipeHQ Xero URL (on the merchant page)

Go into Xero account and click “Settings”

Click “General” tab in the drop down menu then select “Invoice Settings”

Select “Payment services”

Select “Add payment service” then in the drop down menu select “custom payment URL”

Paste the SwipeHQ Xero in the “Custom URL” box

Go to “options” and select “edit” in the drop down menu

Go to “Payment Services” and select “Swipe HQ” in the drop down menu

Go to Accounts on Xero’s merchant page and select “new invoice”

Start sending invoices to customers!

WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER SEES:

Customer clicks link in the email

Redirects them to the invoice on Xero, customer clicks “Pay now”

Redirects to Swipe payments page
