Overview:
Designed for students with previous XenApp and XenDesktop experience, this course is best suited for students looking to learn how toenhance the functionality of a new or existing environment and remediate complex issues. The course covers XenApp and XenDesktopservices, databases, StoreFront, and Virtual Delivery Agent registration and connection. You will learn the skills required to to optimize the end user experience for both managed and unmanaged devices through policies, andcustomizations. Students will deliver a seamless Receiver, customize StoreFront, improve logon speeds, and configure settings to delivergraphics and media over limited resources in a virtual lab environment.Students will have access to a virtual lab environment that uses real world support ticket scenarios encountered by the Citrix support team tolearn how to troubleshoot some of the top support issues and the tools used to effectively identify the root cause and implement appropriatesolutions. This course is a combination of the CXD-301 and CXD-302. The first two days will cover the content from CXD-301 and days 3 and 4will cover the content from CXD-302. Global knowledge offers the combined course as well as the standalone courses.
