Whether if you’re new to eMaint X3 or an experienced user who’s out of practice, this workshop will teach you how to customize the forms in your system to suit your company’s needs.

Follow along as the presenter demonstrates everything from making minor adjustments to completely changing the layout and behavior of the fields and forms.

We’ll begin with the basics of modifying the form’s characteristics, adding and removing fields, changing font sizes and colors, and manipulating field properties.

Then we’ll dive deeper into more advanced settings, such as creating drop-down lists, increasing character lengths and adding table lookups.

Finally, we’ll give you an overview of one of our newest features that allows you to have more than one form layout for each type of Work Order, Asset, Part, Etc.
