Coach Hermine Terhorst of SRM FLOWER POWER will teach her X-FACTOR drill in the pool and even take it a step further in her Pilates Studio to give you a deeper un- derstanding of the movement and how it effects everything we do. The drill teaches deep core focus that is easily translated to speed and ef ficiency . The clinic is open to the Lady Coaches of PMS. Dinner will be provided by the hunks of FLOWER POWER and anyone needing to crash for the meet the next day is welcome to do so. Hermine’s house is 6 blocks from Quinn Aquatics where SRM will host it’s first Pool Party/ Meet. Expect to learn a great new drill, have a great meal and loads and loads of fun....cuz....we really just wanna have fun!!!!!
